## Conceito

Renda Básica Incondicional (RBI) - em inglês *Unconditional Basic Income* (UBI) - é uma forma de renda que pressupõe que um grupo de pessoas tenha acesso, incondicionalmente, à renda suficiente e recorrente para superar de condições extremas. É um programa em que cada beneficiário recebe uma quantia fixa de dinheiro regularmente para melhorar sua vida e autonomia financeira.
